Ingredients:

Salmon Filet(s) – good quality matters, so I usually get mine from Whole Foods or Central Market
Spicy Mayo (I use this siracha mayo)
Garlic powder
Some type of sweet and spicy spice mixture (I use this Honey Aleppo Pepper seasoning)
Panko bread crumbs (I use Pork Panko) but any panko works.

Directions:

DO NOT PRE-HEAT YOUR OVEN. This is the trick.

  1. Coat the salmon filets with the spicy mayo on the top and the sides.
  2. Coat with garlic powder
  3. Coat with sweet and spicy mixture
  4. Sprinkle panko on top
  5. Place salmon in a cold oven, set oven to 425 degrees F; bake salmon 25-27 minutes depending on thickness of fish.
  6. Enjoy!
